Overview: 

If you notice a defect in the appliance you recently purchased from our store, your best option usually is to check the warranty period and contact us to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund. Remember, have your appliance serviced regularly and always ensure that repairs or new installations are only carried out by someone who has the relevant training and who is registered. If you attempt a do-it-yourself installation or repair while your appliance is under warranty, you may void whatever coverage you have. If your appliance breaks down within the warranty period and has been professionally restored with all accessories, bring it back and the store will assign a technician to fix it, and if not, the store may offer an exchange with similar or equivalent unit. As well, the store may offer partial or full refund when repair or replacement cannot be done by the store. 

Please be advised that warranty becomes active on the day of purchase. Please have the serial number of your product ready and the original proof of purchase from our store showing the date of purchase and full details of the product. Any claim under the Limited Warranty is subject to you notifying us of the alleged defect within a reasonable time of it coming to your attention and, in any case, by no later than the expiry of the Warranty Period. 

What’s not covered: 

Unless agreed in writing, the Limited Warranty will not apply if the defect(s) relate to: 

• Normal wear and tear

• Defects caused by rough or inappropriate handling or use, or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature 

• Non-compliance with the product instructions 

• Willful or deliberate damage, neglect or negligence 

• Use of unauthorized spare parts, cleaning solutions if applicable, or other replacement items

• Any alteration carried out by you or a third party not authorized by us 

• Any failure to adequately handle the product for transportation

• Weak and/or inconsistent power supply in your home 

• This Limited Warranty does not apply to accessories
